Your personal data
“Personal data” is any information about a living individual, which allows them to be identified from that data (for example a name, photographs, videos, email address, or address).
Identification can be by directly using the data itself or by combining it with other information, which helps to identify a living individual.
The processing of personal data is governed by legislation relating to personal data, which applies in the United Kingdom including the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR) and other legislation relating to personal data and rights such as the Human Rights Act.

What personal information is being processed and what for?
The AI Bar takes images of the area in front of the bar. When you approach the bar we will take and temporarily store a photo of your face (which is considered biometric data under GDPR) for the purpose of defining a serving order for the bar staff. Additionally, the images are processed to assist bar staff in determining customers who may be under 25. The bar staff remain responsible for verifying the age of any customer.
Why we are allowed to use your information?
The legal basis for using the information you provide us is: explicit consent to the processing of those personal data for one or more specified purposes, given at point of signing up to attend the event.
Do we share your information with anyone?
No, we do not share any personal information with any third parties.
How long we will keep your personal information?
At the end of each day when the bar closes the AI Bar system is shut down and all data is deleted.
How your information is stored?
Images will be stored on the AI Bar Hub in The Underdog for the duration of the event. All data will be deleted at the end of the event.
You have a number of rights regarding your personal data, including withdrawing your consent where we have asked for it, requesting your data to be deleted, or requesting correction of bad data.
